Polymer Chemistry & Process Analysis (PPM) - MSc

The MSc Polymer Chemistry & Process Analysis programme was offered for the last time in winter semester 2023/2024. For students who started their studies by then, the degree programme will continue in its previous form. However, it is no longer possible to apply for this programme.

  • In-depth methodological and technical knowledge in the field of polymer and composite materials technology.
  • You will acquire expert knowledge in the fields of process engineering, process and polymer analytics, materials science of polymer materials, as well as in the field of industrial technology management.
  • You will continue your education in a promising subject with great practical significance.
  • Relevant scientific methods in the field of statistical and multimodal evaluation of large amounts of data as well as in the field of experimental design are important contents of the degree programme.
  • Project-orientated learning - The "learning by doing" approach ensures the greatest possible practical relevance.
  • The teaching of scientific principles is closely linked to a strongly project-orientated approach.
  • During your project work at Reutlingen University, you will work independently in teams on future-oriented issues from the industry.
  • After graduating, you will be ideally prepared for positions of responsibility in industry and research.
  • With a Master of Science degree after three successful semesters, you will be excellently prepared to start your career in many different areas.
  • You can also pursue further education by completing a doctorate.
